One who inherits the souls of the red warriors! Aka Red!
Aka red
Aka Red is the spirit of the Super Sentai's Red Warriors. His first appearance was in GoGo Sentai Boukenger vs. Super Sentai to lead the veteran Super Sentai warriors in the fight against Time Demon Chronos and his associates. He later appeared in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger in flashbacks as the captain of the Red Pirates until they were betrayed by one of their own, Basco ta Jolokia, and gave the Ranger Keys and Navi to Captain Marvelous while disappearing in battle.
Appearance[]
Aka Red was designed after the first Red Warrior, Aka Ranger with the thickness of his spandex recalling the cloth suits used from Himitsu Sentai Goranger to Dai Sentai Goggle V. The logo of the 30th anniversary symbol is on his left chest (later 35th in Gokaiger) while his belt buckle has the Roman Numeral for number thirty (XXX), which also changed to 35 in Gokaiger.
Personality[]
As the spirit of the Red Warriors, Aka Red possesses a great amount of leadership and trust in the Super Sentai Teams. He offers help to Super Sentai teams when the world needs them, and in order to continue their existence by giving them special items like the Super Sentai Address Book to Eiji Takaoka and the Ranger Keys to Captain Marvelous.
Abilities[]
Aka Red possesses all the powers and weapons of the past Red Rangers.
Soul Advent[]
His signature ability is the Soul Advent, which allows him to assume the forms of the previous red warriors. It also recreates the henshin initiation gestures, sequence, roll call, signature attacks and weapons. Strangely, it also allowed him to use the Hurricangers "Kage no Mai". During Boukenger vs. Super Sentai he could assume the first 29, but it's possible that his powers expanded to the next teams after five years.
Weapons[]
Even without using the Soul Advent, Aka Red is able to create the weapons of previous Red Rangers like Tyranno Ranger's Tyranno Rod. Five years later, he is seen wielding a Gokai Sabre signifying he gained weapons from the next five Super Sentai teams.
Super Sentai Ball[]
The Super Sentai Ball is a weapon used similar to past Super Sentai teams using a ball in their finishing attacks which after being passed around by the Sentai, ends with a kick to propel a burning Super Sentai Ball to its target.
Super Sentai Soul[]
When Ultimate DaiBouken and Siren Builder were beaten by a giant Chronos, Aka Red acted as a vessel to power up DaiVoyager using the veteran Super Sentai spirits of Friendship, Passion, Justice, Courage, Love, and Hope. This caused DaiVoyager in a Burning Legend Form and defeat Chronos.

- In Engine Sentai Go-Onger, Aka Red's helmet appears as one of the nine faces on the monster Yatai Banki.
